Are the cooking classes, and is the diet, vegetarian, vegan, or raw? Is your food organic?
- There are cooking classes in our sessions, all food is vegan, 75% raw and 90% organic. We have our ORGANIC garden for the veggies and legumes.
You mentioned walking on the grounds. How large are the grounds?
- The property is on 4 acres of land.
Do you have computers available, or satellite for laptops?
- We have computer and high speed INTERNET for those who need it.
Do you have a library available, or should clients bring their own reading materials?
- We have a small but growing library. All donations are welcome.
For those unable to walk outside in winter, do you have indoor exercise equipment?
- We have an exercise room with equipment.
Do you have a far infrared sauna, jacuzzi, or the facilities necessary to do hydrotherapy?
